XCarspace corrects material factual errors when reliable evidence shows that published content is wrong, misleading, or no longer current.
How to report an error
Email admin@xcarspace.com with the article URL, the exact passage, why it appears incorrect, and the strongest available source. For image concerns, also include the image URL and your relationship to the work.
What we review
- vehicle specifications, prices, availability, dates, recalls, range, and fuel economy;
- laws, regulations, incentives, safety information, and source attribution;
- calculation inputs, formulas, units, and arithmetic;
- misidentified vehicles, trims, model years, images, or captions;
- broken evidence links and material omissions that change the conclusion.
How corrections appear
Minor spelling, grammar, formatting, and link repairs may be corrected without a note. A correction that materially changes a claim, number, recommendation, or interpretation should be disclosed in or near the affected article. If a page cannot be made reliable, it may be substantially revised, redirected, or removed after editorial review.
Updates are not corrections
A vehicle announcement, policy change, new EPA rating, or updated price may require a normal update even when the earlier version was accurate at publication. We aim to identify the source date for facts that can change.
Response expectations
We review good-faith reports, but complex claims can require additional sourcing. Submitting a request does not guarantee removal or a specific outcome. We prioritize issues that could materially affect a buyer’s decision, safety, rights, or trust.
